Guarantee Policy


All reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card prior to arrival. The card will not be charged until the cancellation period of the reservation has been met (unless stated otherwise), to ensure sufficient funds are present. If the credit card does not have sufficient funds for the stay, the guest will be contacted in order to provide a new card or to cancel the reservation.

Upon check-in, a valid guest I.D. and credit card must be present. All major credit cards are accepted.

Early Departure Policy


All pre-paid reservations will be charged the full amount of their stay in the case of an early departure.

Pet Policy


Our property is not pet friendly, however service animals are welcome. Guest must inform the front desk upon check in or in advance if a service animal will be accompanying the guest on their stay. (Support animals are not considered service animals.)

Guests with non service animals accompanying them on their stay are subject to a $250.00 minimum cleaning fee. Owners who fraudulently claim their animal as a service animal are subject to California penal code 365.7, which could result in "imprisonment in the county jail" and/or a $1000.00 fine.

Check In and Check Out Policy


All reservations have a standard check in time of 03:00pm, and a check out time of 11:00am. Early check in and late check out may be arranged by speaking with the front desk associate.

Cancellation Policy


All reservations have a standard full refundable cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to the date of arrival by 03:00pm, unless stated otherwise on the guest confirmation. All reservations cancelled in advance of the cancellation policy deadline are fully refundable.

Late Check Out Policy


Guests may request a late check out on their day of departure, free of charge till 12:00pm if available by speaking with the front desk in advance. Any additional time after 12:00pm on the day of departure is subject to a hourly fee.

Smoking Policy


The Wilkie's Inn, by Clarion Collection is a non-smoking property. Guests who would like to smoke may do so at a minimum of 20 feet away from the building.
